Kevin Smith is the Human Resources Director of Nightingale Nursing College. He believes that Nightingale College "is not a democracy". Current employees (recording forthcoming) state that everyone fights with Kara Harmon when they first start. They are either pushed out or the submit to her demands. A different employee (recording forthcoming) also said that when Mr. Smith was hired he also fought Kara Harmon and then was beat down to be subservient.
